Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

 

Returns:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Customized products cannot be returned, as they are unique and made exclusively for each customer.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original
packaging.

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.


When returning a product, you must include the order number or invoice.
Without this information, we will not be able to identify your order and process the return.
If the reason for the return is that one of the products arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.
We will proceed either with replacing the product or providing you with store credit to use on our website.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns:
Coverlab is not responsible for returns that are not delivered and for which no proof of delivery is available.


Refunds:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.


Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is officially posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@coverlab.com, making sure to specify your order number.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@coverlab.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning an item valued over €50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Customs Duties and Taxes:
Before placing any international order, we recommend checking any restrictions and taxes imposed by your local customs office.
All customs duties and taxes must be paid by the customer.
